Surviving 2026 High School Sports Season
Strong Kids Appreciate Strong Parents.
It’s a family affair.
You Show Up for Your Kids — Now It’s Time to Show Up for YOU
Your kids aren’t just out there chasing a ball or running laps. They’re learning what it means to be strong, focused, and disciplined. They’re developing tools to be good athletes, as well as healthy and resilient humans.
Where did they learn that?
Well, one place is from you. And they are still looking to you.
They see how you show up — tired, busy, overbooked — and still somehow make everything happen. Work, dinner, homework, extra practices, late-night laundry. If you’re anything like me you sometimes feel as though nobody notices.
They do.
And now they’re getting older. More independent.
And guess what? That means it’s finally time to reclaim a little time for you.
Not two hour workouts.
Not some crazy schedule.
Just 30–40 minutes, two or three times a week.
Move your body. Pick up something heavy. Get your energy back. Yes, I am talking about weight training. I speak from my heart when I tell you how valuable weight training is. Because here’s the truth: after 35–40, we naturally begin losing muscle mass every decade unless we actively train to preserve it. Strength training provides the mechanical tension your body needs to maintain lean tissue, support metabolism, and protect long-term bone health.
Because you don’t need perfection right now — you need consistency.
At Altezza Fitness, we help you stay strong, confident, and ready to keep up with your crew, your team — without living in the gym. Oh, and by the way, you still get to go to the games and team dinners.
It’s all about consistency, attitude, and a little bit of that my Italian-American influence.
Let your kids see you making yourself a priority. Show them what strong really looks like.
Strong kids come from strong parents.
And you? You’ve got this. I know it.
